- The company is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by users based on information provided in consultations or programs.

4. Payments

- Payments are processed via Stripe in AED or USD.
- Access to services is provided after payment confirmation.

- We do not guarantee specific results.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- In case of force majeure (technical issues, legal changes, etc.), services may be temporarily unavailable.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the UAE (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online Consultations
- Refund is possible if canceled at least 24 hours before the session.
- If not canceled in advance, no refund will be issued.

Digital Products (courses, webinars, recordings)
- No refunds after access has been provided.
- All lessons and recordings are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Event Tickets
- Refund terms vary depending on the event and will be stated before purchase.
